Getting into 3D printing

Over the last months I have purchased and become interested in 3D printing.

Many years ago I worked with someone who was very into printing, I showed a genuine interest and participated in a group-buy for a Voron 0.2 3D printer kit. The idea was he'd help me build it and he even 3D printed all the pieces I needed.

Unfortunately I soon after had to move and it was never done. I have that kit half built sitting in a closet.

However, recently a new drive to print came and I eventually decided to buy an Elegoo Centauri Carbon. I chose this printer because it was a fair price and supported Open Centauri, an open firmware modification.

I also converted the closet that was here into a 3D printing workspace, and bought a lot of filament.
